Even by the standards of Donald Trump behavior, this is an embarrassment. The “dirt” Trump claimed to have on the President turned out to be nothing at all – just a P.R. stunt.

All Trump released was a video of him sitting smugly at his desk, alluding to birtherism, and begging President Obama to release his college transcripts and passport application. Yep, that’s it. No new “birther” conspiracy, just a pathetic last-ditch attempt to stoke some furor among the radical right.
